huh? it feels like the story has just been bouncing around different vibes and directions way too much in the last few chapters
can we just get back to the little lesbians being cute and gay after dealing with the bad relationship trauma instead of whatever the hell the author is trying to do

That was my thoughts reading the chapter. This used to be such a simple and wholesome series now it feels way too overly complicated and extra. Also just in general, I hate when a series introduces either an ex or a love triangle in a series when it's not about that just makes reading it frustrating.

There was a whole arc about how Yurika was groomed and her confused feelings about it, it's never been that simple or afraid to go over non-wholesome things
I really like the caracter that Himawari is, there still is loads of time for the arc to fuck up though it seems to be going well.
Anyway, cool chapter, cool translation and force to the translator for they're finals.
I feel bad for Minato. The girl just trying to mind her own business while dealing with her feelings and that toxic trash Himawari just can't leave her be! In 4 chapters, Yurika's influence in Minato's life have gone from "meh, not so bad" to "they shouldn't have met". One shot manga take more time to ruin a relationship 🙄😮💨😒
There's been this ongoing bad relationship theme going on from the start:
Minato's mom dipped when the twins were really little...
...then their new step mom was a school girl in a uniform when she got together with the dad and had the youngest sister before she dipped too. Maybe realized what had happened with her own missed childhood and escaped.
Yurika got groomed by an older woman.
Himawari's mom seems to be an escort which partially explains why her bad reaction to Yurika's age-gap-ship was so strong. She knows how people can be used, but she's a kid so she got mean with that knowledge.
Himawari seems to want to control Yurika's relationships by holding the role herself even tho that isn't love and she is a hot mess and doesn't even have the claim of being the main holder of Yurika's secrets anymore and...
Minato has missed out on childhood and putting herself first and is just now starting on her first relationship where the person she likes has so many complications that go beyond her current skill set to deal with...
It's never been a wholesome meet cute, but hopefully Minato and Yurika can escape the worst of the consequences seen in the various other adults. The one wholesome-ish thing is Yurika's mom being supportive of her daughter even tho she keeps stepping in it at awkward moments by being too open and enthusiastic. Otherwise everyone needs therapy.
