I feel this kind of romcom is tailor-made to young adults who've recently had work experience. It's got mentally mature characters facing common real-life problems, to which they react realistically instead of making immature or irrational decisions to further develop the drama. I really appreciate most of the elements in this manga, and even the ones I don't (the harem aspect) I still enjoy on a guilty pleasure sense.

I think what makes this series great in my eyes is that you genuinely can't help but root for the other girls, even if you know Himari will win in the end. And the art style is nice to look at and compliments the genre.

Nisekoi did the same thing. The way Honoka is drawn and her role in this manga is eerily similar to Onodera. Which sucks because Onodera lost.
