we haven't really gotten any indicators as to her having any significant male following, so the fact she only really has a female following really shouldn't matter in the typical 'idol has BF!?!?!?' way, even in Japan.

I am fully on Team Honoka, and I think Kanna has the worst compatibility with the MC, but Kanna's inevitable loss will make me the anger than Honoka taking the L because... I don't know if I'd say she deserves to win, but she's been proactive and putting in the effort, and really doesn't deserve to lose to her current competition in the Tenchi bowl.
