I've been wondering about the reason their parents divorced. The dad is kind of less talkative and reads books all the time, while the mom is the quiet type who probably only talks when necessary. So, I'm wondering how they got together, got married, and had two kids! I really believe in the 'opposites attract' theory, like Komi Shouko's parents. I imagine it like this:
Dad: 'You and I... Marry'
Mom: /*nods
Dad: 'Let's make kids.'
Mom: /*nods
