The big sister and big brother's interaction is quite interesting. They both have so solid roles: the big sister is the professional seductress and knows it well, so she's having fun getting reactions out of the hapless big brother. The big brother is the dedicated "I'm not popular" guy and is keeping that in mind 100% of the time, so he's not getting any blissful ideas. However, he still can't help but be shaken by the big sister. I never sensed any romantic potential whatsoever between them, though. They both care about their little siblings, which is pretty much their only real connection.
