I'm starting to get whiplash from constantly going from Kiriko possibly being a victim, and Kiriko possibly being a monster. If this keeps up, I'm gonna need to install seatbelts.

They weren't his eyes, as I noticed earlier. This chapter seems to kind of complicate the chronology, though, so:
Looking at this chapter, she seems to have almost pure white eyes, (Takashi's the only other "big brother," so they're probably his. I'm not sure I'd call them "beautiful," but I suppose they fit the traditional Japanese aesthetic.) which look almost exactly like the ones she has in Chapter three. In chapter two, her eyes are grayish. The "Cat" is in this chapter but none of the others as well. Thus, my timeline is something like this: 2-1-3-4. Presumably we'll get a chapter that shows what happened to her eyes, which will go between 2 and 1, then a chapter taking place immediately after this one. I don't think they'll give us the conclusion to this right away, and I feel like chapter seven's then probably going to be an epilogue, so including these theoretical future chapters, my best guess at the timeline would be: 2-5-1-3-4-6-7. It's possible the beat up cat thing the two meet at the beginning of chapter two is Sakuya, (After being beaten by Kiriko's mother) though, so you could also place 2 at the very end, but that would imply that Kiriko wasn't able to escape. (And based on the contents of that chapter, that she's fully accepted her role in the village rather than having grown tired of it since then, as the initial-2 order would imply.)
Anyways, that's a whole lot of stuff that's probably going to be wrong. If this turns out to be right, please understand that I am probably the new Albert Einstein, thanks.

I mean, the two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive - - "Something something contuing the cycle of abuse" or so

Found a link on syosetsu but not sure it works (plus it said it had a chapter 8, even tho the mangadex entry says that this ends on chapter 7)
