I really like that she didn't tell him that her cat passed away and dumping stuff on him. That kind of, just saying that "the cat is welcoming you home" shows that despite how she's been interacting with Hiroto, she still can read the air and have some kind of self control

It's little stuff like this that I love about this manga...

Aw…aw girl… I feel so sad for her and her cat. If I were her, I’d end up feeling, “if I wasn’t so busy, maybe I could have had more opportunities with my cat”
