So Hero-san has firearms; but, because Author-san wants to reveal that the pup is a Fenrir, Hero-san just fucks a monkey for a while before shooting. And Editor-san gives this bullshit a pass.

Yeah, this seems to be pretty average isekai stuff. I'd give it another chapter or two, but not sure it's worth the read from just these two chapters.

Just throw everything in. God is great at magic prosthetics, is apparently a gunsmith providing the full Kino's Journey set, and even gave a tent that's better furnished than most single person homes.

Even the ingredients are lmao. Salt in the middle of the forest and fermented goods that can be picked up as soon as they ripen. God I miss Legend of Mana vegetables

so.. now you know how to cook.. Orc?? (heh)
Orc is easy.. It's basically Long Pig, which prepares the same as pork. ( notoriously so )
Goblin = monkey, Cockatrice = turkey/chicken, with the tail: snake , dragon/lizard would be any species of monitor lizard that is not a Komodo monitor or croc/alligator, frog = frog, snake/hydra = again snake, any of the cats = rabbit or actual cat , Minotaur = beef or beef/pork mix, (japanese) kobold = rabbit or actual dog, european type kobold = monkey, possibly frog, depending on base mythology, centaur = horse.

And then there's the various seafoods and bugs.

Really the only common critter that pretty universally doesn't get eaten unless there's really no other choice is rat. Which is a good indicator about the taste without even having to try it. Ever.

And stop screaming... all of this is still on the menu, somewhere in the world. And has been in Europe.
Actual legality/social acceptibility in anyone's locality, or the actual knowledge how to prepare/cook some of this SAFELY is quite another matter, but doesn't change the "on the menu" thing.
