From what I hear, the Light Novel changed that to only those Three & Prez.
The other girls aren't included yet it seems.

It's more like a Family-Safe reader base than targetting just 8-years olds.

I mean, 8-years old probably don't read or watch series with teenage characters that much unless it's a Shounen Battle series like Dragon Ball or Naruto.

The target audience for the Manga is likely around 11-15 years old (just to add, in Japan, Teenagers are considered those who are between the age of 10-19, not like west where it's 13-19).
