That's the running gag, Vice Pres B is actually in the G or J range, she's also a Sage that fights mostly with heavy two-handed weapons. She's also fluent in the Slime's jiggle language.

Which part, the chest or that she's a Sage? i don't remember if it's in the manga, but it came up whenever the Vice Prez group got mentioned, that A is sensitive about being mostly flat and B is huge. Then when Haruka was preparing weapons for the girls you see that a few of them have strange quirks, like the Shield Girl that's dual wielding shields, and how Vice Prez B has the highest mana capacity (probably in her chest) and the most magic skills (Haruka learned Lightning from her) but she prefers to fight with heavy blunt weapons.

That one is definitely only in the novel, Haruka points out how they jiggle the same as the slime does, and then it looks like the slime has a conversation with Vice Pres B, Jiggle and then jiggle jiggle.

Now that I look at it, this have 190 chapters already(still can't believe so much time passed already), even if it did happen in the manga, don't think I can remember it.
