I guess Wooshin wasn't a fan of how much a drama queen Hongshi is and how he over exaggerated his bad relationship with his parents. Still not a good enough reason to ghost the guy though imo...

I feel like he wanted a comrade with a similar, if not identical, situation as his so much, that he jumped to conclusion and assumed that Hongshi’s parents were neglecting him on the basis that they travel a lot and Hongshi is alone and lonely.
Hongshi never told him that he had a bad relationship with his parents (or exaggerated his situation in relation to that) but Wooshin had the impression of it since they were supposedly both left alone for the event.

@Kriss10 so I'm pretty sure you've already read the conclusion to how it turned out by now I'm just late....

But I totally agree with you. Woo made up this story in his head instead of asking hongshi questions. That's your own fault and it's scary that you can throw attention tantrum over that shit. Because obviously him and that other guy are brothers. And he seems pretty decent of a guy.

Oh don’t worry about being late, lol. But yeah, he just assumed the whole situation. He just need therapy, tbh. This stems from his parents’ neglect and the trust issues he developed as consequence
