Yeah I suspect so too, them not being honest with her may backfire hard on them. Not sure she will like learning she has been lied to this entire time, especially considering she already has suspicions that Lemon and Sunao have a thing going on.

I agree, but Natsumi is compassionate and overly thoughtful, and it seems she overthinks things like Sunao does, I think she may get to understand it, still being deeply hurt and confused.
Sunao and Lemon are not doing it out of malice or to breach her, neither of them wants to keep swapping but they have no leads about what the hell is going on with them. If Natsumi learns that part, I feel it will be easier for her, but I feel she will only get part of the situation first and it lead to a misunderstanding before it gets resolved.
I wonder if in the process, somebody else might get involved in knowing about the body swap, because I feel right now there's little opportunity to further the plot without it, I think there needs to be some new character that gets involved for the plot to keep going and not fall flat.

She CAN'T find out that Lemon and Sunao swap and then stay roommates with Lemon's body. It would be way too awkward. She would always know that every other day it was Sunao in Lemon's loungewear looking at her in her loungewear.

I agree with a lot that has been said here, that it’s a breach of trust between Koga and Lemon and Lemon and MC-face, and usually I would say the scenario is outlandish enough that Kogahara is safe to assume mundane explanations and Lemon and MC can try to weasel through without telling her anything… except they already told friend-face and stalker-face (I think). Or they arrived at a sufficiently close approximation of the truth that the duo had to tell them the truth. And usually I would say with outlandish scenarios the afflicted can be reasonably sure to be safe (security by obscurity), but with the whole "the more people know a secret, the less it is a secret" it’s bound to be revealed by someone sooner or later, and rule of drama dictates Kogahara will start to know something, either because she figured out enough to start getting suspicious or because friend-face or stalerk-face felt it prudent/ethical to tell her, at least a bit.

Whatever happens, Lemon's better realize that she doesn't deserve a second chance with Sunao at all. He's clearly moved on, and it would be pretty rude for her to try and dredge that back up. (Especially the x3 cheating.)

But, anyways, I do really hope Kogahara finds out about the swapping soon, as that'll make a really interesting story, I think.
