Yep, sadly it got canceled. Editorial decision. How many chapters exactly, unsure. But volume 3 would be the last volume. Generally a chapter has like 6 chapters, so I am assuming chapter 18 could be the last one. I think it's going to have a rushed ending, just like Soushi Souai and Yuri no Inu (which both also suddenly had to end).
