I was digging through Pixiv, Danbooru, everything to find the source. Looking close it I saw that it's grayscale meaning it was a physical piece that was scanned. Alright, so where would I find a fan piece that decently mimics the artist and was sold physically... Oh dammit it's a doujin.

It was decently popular in Japan in the 2010s. Enough so for them to make a CD drama and a figurine of Kanojo.
