Ill actually participate for a bit

My workout is, and be ready - its not for the weak hearted: WALKING. I walk around school and my house EVERYDAY. Not only that, but I have to STAND UP IN THE BUS (sometimes), TWICE A DAY FOR AN HOUR. I know.

This is my diet, you need to follow this to a T in order to achieve MAX FEMOID PERFORMANCE:
BREAKFAST - whatever's in the fridge
LUNCH - whatever's in the fridge
DINNER - whatever's in the fridge
NO SLACKING!!!!

Oh, my reps, you ask? Heh, I dunno about how much I can bench, but my PR in hip thrusts is... how much does your mom weigh?

Okay, serious answer :

How fit i am ? I'm not : 1 m 75 cm, 92 Kg. Also, please have a stroke dear americans because fuck your shitty freedom units.

My workout : I walk 1/2 hour per day, except once per week where i go in the closest city and walk 2 hours and a half. It was 1-2 hours per day a few years before.

My Health routine : my daily red rice yeast extract pill, because i can't have ozempic due to medical guideline saying i'm not fat enough. GLP-1 agonists are great guys, they're a fucking miracle.

And again, fuck freedom units.

3 hours per day but instead of getting more fit I get older. And no, I don't hit the gym, it's either outdoors or at home using my own weight. You may think that exercising is not your thing, but you can eat more if you do that (everyone has their tricks).

Seventeen and three quarters hands tall, and seventeen and three quarters stone. I walk between sixteen and twenty four furlongs each weekday (weekends are weekends). My general guideline for behavior is "don't do the dumb shit you did in your twenties", and I take a low dose of a mild prescription blood pressure medication each morning, along with ten grains of aspirin and fifteen grains of acetaminophen. Also got a CPAP, and it's great.

How fit? Enough to pass the mandatory annual health inspection for work.
Routine? Too lazy to go to gym. Just walking and cycling and drinking. Enough to do hiking every month or so.
How focused? Well, since it's summer, and in preparation for yearly Fuji hike, I jog for 30 minutes every other day.

Weird thread, but okay:
Unfortunately I've become very skinny after entering university. Everyday I walk 20 minutes to go and come back, besides I don't have time to make my own food so I have to rely in restaurants or ifood. It's a shame honestly, because, looking back, I realized I used to be pretty muscular because of my karate classes and the fact I worked as a dogwalker.

My weight is 60.2 tons, usually I walk pretty slow when I am at work patrolling, but I can run fast and hold my breath pretty long.
Im kind of fit, not too muscly and too thin. I bring a quite heavy little baton that can shines bright and if my boss said we need to bodyguard someone important I usually bring my shield too for protection.

I'm pretty much quite lightweight among my others group, but I always hated people that arent the same like me especially the one eyed green guy from others company Zeon whom I desise so much trying to take our work.

That's pretty much it, thats my routine oh and people called me RX 78-2

Being serious, I'm 188cm and about 72(ish)kg, I don't need to exercise to be healthy (weight wise), I need to eat an ungodly amount of calories to gain even 1kg.

I should probably try to quit smoking again, but that easier said than done when everyone around you is also a smoker.

I found two things to be true - there was no point trying to quit until I was committed, and once I did quit weight gain followed (though not to an excessive degree).
