That's a really scummy thing to do if that's true. Hopefully it's just a coincidence, cause that would be an awful way of coercing your future daughter-in-law into having kids right away. :shamihuh:
I'm going to keep live in hope and denial that Mama Woojin is on the good side! 😥

New theory! It was the grandpa introduced last chapter (the one pushing hardest for Woojin to have a kid) who's responsible for this, and Mama Woojin's warning was basically her saying "I can't protect you from the older members of the family, but I'm still here to help."! She did imply at the marriage meeting that her decisions were outweighed by her husband and son. Old fashioned patriarchal family vibes.

Also, I'm trying to work something out. Mama Woojin called the older dragon her father-in-law, meaning she married into the dragon family but, when Seyun first met her, the background art for Mama Woojin suggested she was a water dragon herself. Are there two water dragon families in Korea in this world?
