I don't know if they made any kinda announcement, i hear the 'etiquette' is waiting 3 months or so but i guess the two month delay is enough for some ppl to make a new chapter, though be nice if they could work together or so (tho i am surprised they didn't upload more than one chapter of Joyuu Meshi too since that seemed interesting for what it was as well)
