At my job I was given three options to choose from. Continue with clock-in and clock-out times, attend in person twice a week, attend in person every day of the week but without clock-in and clock-out times. I preferred the third option, as I'm not tied to schedules, and as I'm irresponsible, I need someone who works in the same place as me.
