Try Ethan Chelbowski, Adam Ragusea or Max Miller Tasting History. They go really in depth on the food they are cooking in multiple different ways. It is genuinely a great way to learn and appreciate cooking while you are lying in the floor eating chips at 3 AM in the morning.I could never watch a cooking show, I would just get stupidly hungry.
