Molho is sauce in Portuguese
It says sauce sauce
I think it was supposed to be vinagrete sauce. I think it may be originated from vinaigrette but the Brazilian version has more vegetables in it (as is described in the manga) and it's almost a salad, so I think it would be best to leave it written in Portuguese.
Churrasco is normally enjoyed with farofa too (coarse corn or cassava flour with spices like garlic, onion, parsleys, pepper etc)
