Got to admit this one is pretty interesting. Even though it's very much using game mechanics, it both is and isn't a game. Unlike some other story MCs, I can understand why she operates as though the people aren't real, especially when she was literally able to reset and there's popups and whatnot only she can see that actively and immediately affect her.
