Afaik he's been pretty selective of his targets so far, targeting people who seems like they're going to die anyway at the hospital, and at least in this playthrough he's only attempted to kill someone who is alone with him once (Hilda not counted).

Idk how likely he'll start asking for specific persons since I don't think he cares who it is as long as he get to kill them.
