Thanks for the bulk chapters, but to much of a story gap to really follow.

Site Rule 1.8 : "Permanently withholding some of your scanlations to a series for the purpose of attracting users to your site is not allowed."
Leaving an intentional gap, and going to their site like you have done, is quite clear-cut violation.

I'm a reader, so I haven't really "done" anything.

From what I can see, the uploaders are different, so, maybe they uploaded the newest released chapters first and are going to upload the remaining later?

seeing how they posted 3 more chapters after these 4, and if you've checked the site and they do have them there, kinda past the "upload later" they already have the files. They have already posted newer chaps, so it's intentional at that point. They could easily upload the ones on their own site, but translating and posting newer ones takes much more time and effort. (this group's chapters are well done granted, not to say their work is bad)
so comes then when is "permanetly" withholding? 1 day? 1 week? 1 month? idk. But by posting new chaps while you've seen old ones there on their site, they lost the excuse "not withholding" their work. I would hope they would backfill, but don't hold your breath.
