Since this is just the second story we still haven't seen enough to predict whether the doll will be a harmless companion or a genuine threat that Sakaki will once again escape by the skin of his teeth. But I like the way that Sakaki's division doesn't actively fight or attempt to contain these beings, giving off the impression of almost a male version of Ura Baito.
