I haven't read it, but glancing at the spoilers people put in the reviews of the WN it seems we're still pretty early.

WN got 104 chapters before being discontinued to focus on the LN which is at 3 volumes and going.

That doesn't mean that the manga can't end abruptly because it was bait to get us to buy the LN though 😟
