Terasawa is just getting more and more "minions" so that he will get back at Toki and get Tohno for himself. Saotome (the murderer guy) could actually help somewhat in the end. I feel like if he doesnt die, he might pull a deus ex machina and finally kill Terasawa. But before all this happens, Toki and Tohno should seriously rally up people to his side. there are like 19 people total right?
Terasawa is rallying up to 5 people right now. Toki could have Maki but she seems to have conflicting feelings, so either Toki can rally up the store clerk, and the 3 Occult Hobbyists. + Kameda too but that guys just keeping to himself also of course Tohno. The rest seem neutral so far.
