Why does he expect people to want to fight him? He already acknowledged that if he couldn't make them shit their guts out, that he was going to do far worse to them, so he understands he's making them truly suffer... They've all clearly learned their precautions mean nothing. Why would he expect anyone but oddballs and egomaniacs from trying?
