It's an iskeai(?) Manga where the MC is depressed as shit and spends all day in his room but then he gets invited to play this new game and it turns out the NPCs that he has to look over are real people from another world, and he starts throwing money at the game to help them with miracles and shit

It's not an isekai but this one's somewhat like what you mentioned... Takarakuji de 40-oku Atattandakedo Isekai ni Ijuu Suru.. I haven't read it yet so I donno if this is the exact one.
