Mei seems like she can't say no after all this tension has built up but if she had her wits about her I don't think she'd be going along with this public kiss. Even if she's a bit of a dweeb she's still confused and overwhelmed. That's not consent

Edit: This is very much so not consent people. Just because mei is easy rn doesn't mean this is exlusively her fault. Some people won't know what to do if you force your face into theirs. You can think she's dumb but she's not in full control of the situation so you shouldn't blame her too hard. She already rejected kiss-crazy if you recall. Mei's inexperienced and vulnerable.
