Well, this seems interesting enough, thought my only "problem" is why insist live as queen in the palace than trying a different life. I know it's for story progress, but if you want to avoid trouble, being as far as possible from the emperor makes more sense to me.
It's not like she couldn't refuse, like other stories where the protagonist "wakes" already tangled in the main issue.
Anyway, the protagonist is interesting enough, the emperor doesn't look that much of an asshole (but that can change any moment -_-) and I kinda hope the "true protagonist" isn't a demon in disguise. This in particular is something that have been annoying me the most these past reads for me.
