I need recs about alternate dimension thing

@blueaqua not sure if these are the type you are looking for. Are you looking from more just serious, we found a gateway lets explore, or comedy / slice of life, or something else?
has a doorway that he can travel back and forth to another world. It's enjoyable, although right now it seems a little slow.

I really hesitate to recommend this one. Can travel between her world and another. Starts out at a good pace, kind of just fun, then it kind of escalates and became kind of erratic. Per the escalation, admittedly for me maybe not others, many of the events when interacting with her own world don't seem logical or believable. As to the erratic it seems like it jumps around from trying to be what it was at the beginning to what it is after the escalation. Sorry for being vague but didn't want to post spoilers or add a lot of detail. I occasionally scan a chapter now and then but haven't seen a lot of improvement

There's two more that I can think of. I'll look for one, it is pretty good and I would recommend it, just can't think of the name. When I find it I will post it, it is actually pretty good, I like the interaction and pacing. The other I can find if you want but it is not one I would recommend. Guy finds a gateway, goes in, comes back new and improved. Most of the story so far seems to be about staying in our world and even at that it seems to be going down the school life path of "if I could be come op I'd show them" fantasy. You found a doorway to another world and the focus is more on ours, nah not me? It's not to far along so maybe it will improve, but I have limited tolerance for the "it's going to get good / readable in 30 chapters just wait" type of writing.
This is the other one I was thinking of where he goes back and forth. I like it, he has a buddy that comes with him. It has some character development, deals with being able to bring stuff back, figuring out what to take, interactions between a variety of classes ... I think it is pretty good

Also there are some where the guy goes back and forth between the present and the future (post apocalypse) if you are interested in those.
