All I could think was

Green potion girl should have said "My potions just took a bit longer to work! See the marvels of our recovery potion in action!", cue applause and more sales as MC feels relief to the victim's safety rather than ire at her BS, then her sham gets exposed in the story later on.

I'm not exactly rooting for bad guys, but I can't stand one-dimensional villains that can't think on their feet and is just there to insert drama in the story.

A walking demonstration just happened. How lucky. This reminds me of some cheap kicked-out saint story. New girl who got her kicked out didn't think saint powers could heal that much, but MC's OP and can heal anything. This was better than that story, though.

I mean, healing all his injuries, but also giving dosing him up with cocaine could be seen as problematic.
