I'm glad this was made before the censorship in China became as bad as it is now.
That bisection scene would get completely censored now.
Also, with this battle it became clear that, unlike what the Bone Splicer robot said, it doesn't seem like the RFK and the 2nd War robots are truly in league with each other and working together.
I guess it might've referred to how he (The Splicer) could control their (The RFK's) robots?
