I can't tell if the end is a flash to the original novel plot (where Qi is the protagonist) or if Qi'er is faking being a guy again randomly. I feel like there's a chapter missing from the last

Read the raws, this is indeed the right chapter, Qi'er is just disguising herself again.
Also, @AquaElk5 she says 小哥 which is more like "mister" (but for young guys) not "junior brother"; part of the reason this is confusing is that it felt like they met and knew each other, but in fact she only just saved her.
