At time of this writing, the story goes up to chapter 81, but the rescue of Giselle makes for a good stopping point, where things are "somewhat wrapped up". With the near loss of Giselle, Leniel is able to finally admit how much he loves her, opening his heart to her. This in turn pushes Giselle to admit her own feelings. To talk openly about her past life and to tell Leniel that she wants to be with him as well. There are trials and tribulations in the future, of course, but they overcome them together. What I said above is my personal head cannon. And not necessarily true or accurate. I'm not a fan of how the story progresses past this point, so I recommend stopping here. If you want to know more about what I disliked, see the next section.

I don't like where the story goes past this point. Leniel becomes possessive. More possessive. Jealous if Giselle shows any kind of interaction with (basically) anyone that isn't him. As of chapter 81, he still acts this way. In addition, Giselle has a lot of distance from Leniel. She calls him "Boss" in private, and it takes a lot of prompting from Leniel for her to call him by his name. I don't feel that the two have good chemistry together. Leniel likes Giselle, but she is too busy trying to juggle the actual plot to have time to be romantic or affectionate. In addition, Leniel's jealousy feels like a tool the author is using to drag out the story. Every time plot is about to happen, Leniel swoops in to kidnap Giselle away from whatever is "actually happening". It feels like if Leniel wasn't doing that, the story would already be finished, or most of the way done by this point. It's not fun or enjoyable to me to see two people that don't really love each other keep being forced together because of the author's interference.
