The sister previously immediately searched out a terrible revenge simply because MC got in the way of her bone time - now she's been waiting for 3 or so years, despite nearly being choked to death, and she hasn't sought out revenge?

I get time may change her character and make her more active or whatever, but it just feels a little inconsistent to me.

FMC probably got too into her training and the sister couldn't meddle in, not to mention that if she was seen training I'd guess she felt outclassed strength wise or FMC didn't give her any openings to make a move.
