I'm assuming the emotions have to be there, at least in some capacity. Like, I doubt she's op enough to make someone who hates her feel loyalty to her, and if she can, it'll be temporary/take a lot of power to pull off.

But if there's even just a tiny bit of emotion, then she will be able to amplify it, redirect it, etc? That's hella OP.
