There's something so charming about a manga that feels like it was partially written by a city's tourist board. That's not even sarcasm by the way. It's a sweet little glimpse of what the author loves about their town.
As for clean pages and chapters, I've used jmanga and kuronavi for the raw ch. It has a watermark sadly, and the quality is mid, but there are some chapters that are high quality.
