I've had an idea knocking around my head since the concept of a magic circle was revealed:

A lot of characters have odd eyes in this manga, which makes me think their design has some significance. Desscaras, in particular, seems to be frequently drawn with haze or clouds blocking her eyes. At the same time, she's supposed to have a truly ludicrous number of majiks and, apparently, they're not just passive things she knows. They're active spirits that live and do things inside her mind.

Those facts seem like they might be related and, given the symbolism that's normally associated with eyes, I can't help but wonder if collecting majics might have an impact on a person's personality or rationality. More specifically, I wonder if we're going to find out that Desscaras isn't just a bit of a scatter brain, but that playing host to so many spirits somehow warps or distorts her understanding of the world.
