Ciao horror comics are usually basic school ghost stories, but this one was very good. It's very unique, both amongst older shoujo horror manga, and in manga from the time. I love it in horror manga when people treat some weird thing like normal, it adds to the weirdness of the story (Such as Grave Town/Tombs by Junji ito)

Agreed! I like how, at the end, the protagonist becomes just as numb to and accepting of the horror as everyone else. Definitely could be a commentary on how we as humans are conditioned by society to accept and be complacent about things that are wrong and harmful.
