she means that back in the day, fan were much less concerned about how idols are treated by the companies, so mistreatments are less noticed and usually grossed over. Nowadays, fan care much more about how their idol live (sometimes too much) so they notice mistreatments more and may overreact at times.

at least try to read some of the comments before immediately jumping to conclusion, the author already hinted that the composer is a man, I'm quoting @Soneca here: "If you pay attention at the start, you can see the author actually drew Ebichiri-sensei adam's apple right on the first two pages they appear."

Very strange to have the characters be like "well she could be a trans woman!!" And then still default to the trope anyways. Like cool you acknowledged that, but you still did the thing thats been rightly criticized ad nauseam by trans women, and not have any kind of transness there, like very clearly the character is doing a bit more than just clothes /aesthetics and youre not even gonna be like "theyre nonbinary". Feels very lazy.

People used to hide their hobbies like men playing with dolls or girls having a perceived male hobbies because they don't want to be labeled. Even then why must there be a rules that just because one like to look pretty doesn't mean one cannot identify as a male. If anything having that fluidity is what makes one free, just because it doesn't fit your worldview doesn't mean it's wrong. As a man who have a lot of feminine hobbies and taste I do love cute and pretty things but at the same time I can feel deep within my heart that I am indeed a man.

People like you who insists on label is why I used to hide my hobbies. I am who I am and I am not gonna be labeled by LGBT bullshit just because I love more feminine things. I am gonna say it LGBT movement gaining popularity is the worst thing ever for LGBT people. You people are the worst.

I also never hid anything because of labels. I'm not scared of misapplied labels, I'm scared of those that want to stamp out anything that deviates from the norm, labelled or not
