Look up the anime and mobile game Idoly Pride. It just didn't catch up well. Pure management gameplay. A lot of banger songs tho.

The studio‘s （Qualiarts） next game Gakuen Idolmaster fares a bit better, basically Idoly Pride 2 with expanded gameplay.
