Well, as confusing as Reno's and his maid's intents - they basically instigated a murder attempt, to make Chika's boss into a "problematic" human. And it looks like Reno wasn't that much surprised by that prick's being isekaid in lethal situation (confirmed in the next chapter), so he should've expected Chika to get isekaid if the assault went through. Definitely didn't give a single fuck about Chika or Raz.
