This is where this manga kinda lost the thread for me. (I'm caught up with the raws at chapter 28 for context).

This whole military backstory for Raz pulled out of thin air, followed by arranged marriages and family inheritances. I thought at the start this was going to be more abouy Raz and Chika just slowly developing their relationship and working through their issues, and it is still that to a degree, but I really feel like all this extra fluff was unnecessary drama.

Also agreed with the people feeling like the chapter is weirdly paced chronologically. It's like that in the raw too and I remember being confused myself.

Since the word "racist" comes from the French "raciste", going by French I would say that it's "tetist" from "têtiste" combining "tête" meaning head and the "-iste" suffix. Or if you don't want a made up loan word, then I would suggest "headist" as a term deriving from English instead.
