still think it's weird the idea that you would want humanoid "pet" to have a collar. if someone was chilling with a monkey, at worst use a harnest, I don't want to see a humanoid life form that can speak and read like me with a collar. and humans most likely have a brain formation similar if not exactly like them, why would you be scared of them going wild without collar?

Yeah, gotta agree with @lunaslurp (and others), everyone loves pets. The series consistently treats humans as slaves from an inferior race (species?). If you realize that then it's also not so strange they're all boinking their slaves, that's a long tradition, though also looked down on like here.

BTW, that light cannon guy on page 10 makes me wonder why author hadn't made a cameo of anti-piracy mascots yet.
