If I can offer one constructive criticism, while I would never suggest that people use AI upscaling becuase it often destroys the details in a work, I think that it's equally bad to apparently blow up the size of the page image to make them fill the screen better. These are so rough that they're a bit hard to look at. It's probable that you're limited by what's out there for harvestable raws, but there has to be a happy medium between making this big enough to be readable and not so big that everything is jagged and some of the halftones and shading being hardened and hard on the eyes.

EDIT: My bad, I hadn't remembered that the previous chapters were exactly this bad too. It definitely seems like it's mostly a case of crappy raw sources and there might not be much that can be done with it outside of cleaning/scaling options that muddy the finished product.

They may have dropped it. For a while KDT's releases slowed because they were trying to just use Mangadex to hook people on their series and then drag them to their own website to continue. But with Mangadex putting in tougher rules against paywalling and audience luring and groups like Asmodeous Scans getting banned and purged for continuing to violate it with impunity, KDT has smartened up recently and released batches of a lot of stuff they've been working on to get back up to a reasonable pace of releases. The fact that they've still left this series suggests that maybe they haven't worked on it much since the last chapter they posted.
