I do not know that.
One interesting thing I read in the afterwords from the author is that the editor wanted to end the light novel with 3 volumes because of the low sales. But the author begged them to make a manga adaptation to boost the sales so the light novel would sell more and he could write more. That's why the ln ends with 5 volumes.
This makes me think that a lot of manga adaptations have been created that way. In any case the manga is on its own without much reason to have a long run except from its own sales. But they might decide to change / continue the story in the manga, like it sometimes happens.

It's a non-ending ending that just confirms the series premise without changing the status quo and with the addition of everyone confessing their feelings for each other. Not like romcoms usually have crazy plot twist endings that can be spoiled xD
