How Albert Einstein, reincarnated or no, knows of things that were created long after his era, is beyond me. Even if he's supposed to be the main villain here, the way the author is using the character just feels too far out of left field. Never mind his desire to wage war, his historically known expertise is too disjointed with how he's applying himself here.

Probably has something to do with the god Einstein mentioned. Wouldn't be too out of theme for said god to give Einstein some kind of "blessing", maybe something related to knowledge of weapons.

Perhaps so. But this point is going to bother me until the author decides to clear it up. As it stands, this makes as much sense to me as Marie Curie trying to design, build, and tune a Swiss watch.
