It's not exactly uncommon that sibling characters have a poor opinion of the main character, but I somehow feel like her perception of him is even lower and more insulting than usual.

I wouldn't say it's insulting, she's just worried about him because of his gentle nature & doesn't want anything bad to happen to him because it would impact his feelings a lot

T/L note to T/L note - Iori says "nanpa" here, which inherently means "guy hitting on girls" and he likely means that the boy-looking person hit on the girl-looking person, as we know.

There's also less common word that's used for the opposite (girl hitting on guys), which is gyakunan. Some might argue it would be more appropriate term here, as Hazuki knew that he was a guy.
