T/L note to T/L note - Iori says "nanpa" here, which inherently means "guy hitting on girls" and he likely means that the boy-looking person hit on the girl-looking person, as we know.
There's also less common word that's used for the opposite (girl hitting on guys), which is gyakunan. Some might argue it would be more appropriate term here, as Hazuki knew that he was a guy.
