I don't really get it. I mean, sure, he has a cute face and through the magic of manga that means he looks exactly like a girl if he wears a wig even if he doesn't use any makeup, but if he wears a swimsuit, he will completely obviously have a man's body. He hasn't undergone any hormone therapy so he has all the secondary sexual characteristics of a man, and everyone will be able to tell instantly. Would he be okay with everyone around him knowing that he's crossdressing in a swimsuit of all things? But I guess the author will probably just gloss over this.
